CANCELATION POLICY

We require 24 hr cancellation. No show fees of $25 will be charged if the appointment has been scheduled and confirmed by the client. If you have an emergency cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are late for your appointment by 15 min, you might consider to be reschedule or transfer to another aesthetician. Please remember if you have to wait for us it is most likely that one of the clients came late.
